  • Why should we choose Little Angel as our fundraising partner?

  • When can I run my fundraiser with Little Angel?

    Anytime! All year!

    We have no selling season to keep you from getting started today.

  • Does my group have to be a church or a non-profit to partner with Little Angel?

    Nope. We always look forward to partnering with churches - Greek or otherwise. But, any organization that meets our basic fundraising guidelines is welcome to invite us to partner with them to help them reach their fundraising goals.

  • How does my group make money with Little Angel?

    Once your application for fundraising partnership is active, we provide your group with a large number of online and downloadable resources that will help you manage your campaign. We also provide you with a private login on our website to access those resources and to place your final order with us. Our retail pricing and your retail pricing will be the same so we will truly be your partner and not your competitor. Your organization will have a private ordering portal that will display your wholesale prices.

    You will also be able to order your sample kits and any other campaign materials you may need to make your fundraising a success!

  • Little Angel is actually going to make a contribution to my organization?

    You bet! We think helping others with good causes is the right thing to do. So, for every $1,500 level reached in your order from us, your organization will receive a check direct from Little Angel for $75.00! This is not a credit against your order but is a direct contribution from Little Angel to your fundraising campaign. We not only want to be your partner, we also want to be one of your supporters, too.

  • When do you recommend we collect the money from our supporters?

    We have found it best for you to collect the money for each order from a supporter when the order is taken. In this way, you will have the necessary funds to place your bulk order with us and you will have your profits in the bank right away!

  • What sort of upfront or additional costs are there for my organization?

    If your organization is tax-exempt then, other than the cost of shipping your final product order to you, there are no additional costs. Unfortunately, due to the typical size of fundraising orders, we cannot offer free shipping but we work hard to package your order and choose a carrier to make the shipping costs as low as possible.

    As far as upfront costs, we charge a nominal fee for each sample kit you order at the beginning of your campaign but we subtract the cost of the kits from your final order so they end up costing your nothing! We want your fundraising to be a success. We'll succeed if you succeed.

  • Can my supporters order directly from Little Angel's website?

    Currently, we are not set up to offer this convenience to your supporters. We do understand the value of having online ordering and we are working on providing that feature very soon. We promise to get that going as soon as possible. Stay tuned!

  • How long will it take for our Little Angel products to arrive?

    Once you place your order, the Little Angel Fundraising Guarantee kicks in and we promise to process and ship out your order within 7 business days from the date we receive it or we will credit you an additional 10% profit as a way of apologizing for our tardiness!

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Little Angel accepts checks, money orders, and wire transfers or electronic payments from your checking or savings account as well as most major credit cards; Master Card, Visa, Discover, and Paypal.

    If you are paying by credit card you can place your order online at your private fundraising site. If you wish to make an electronic payment using your checking or savings account, you can call a Little Angel service representative to assist you with the necessary information.

  • How can I track the progress of my order once it is has been placed?

    Once we receive your order, we will send you a detailed confirmation email to let you know that your order has been received and that we are starting on it. At the time of shipment, you will receive another e-mail from Little Angel to let you know that your order is on its way and to give you the necessary tracking numbers. Of course, at any time during this process, you can call us at Little Angel (305-647-0835) to check up on things.
